Hi, I'm Jacob Biber
Hello! My name is Jacob. My past jobs have prepared me for my current career path. I have worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years and have many experiences that have challenged me in my personal growth, but also have equipped me to be a better employee and teammate. I worked in valet as a driver and as a supervisor for 7 years. In that time, I thrived in problem solving, critical thinking, and punctuality. Working in valet taught me to LOVE meeting new people and learning more through conversation. As individuals, we have a uniqueness that tells a story, so meeting different people and seeing many forms of diversity was my favorite part of the job! After COVID, I wanted to follow my interests in tech and seek a career change. I began work with a company that dealt directly with casino games, in installation of software and daily maintenance. During this time, I found a new spark of interest and a new love for tinkering with parts, the daily challenges of troubleshooting various problems, but conquering the test and finding solutions for the problems before me. I am looking forward to expanding my career in the technology world, but I am very excited to learn more and find new purpose in my career.
